Speedheat floor heating technical informationThe Speedheat floor heating system centres on a patented self-regulating, multi-stranded heating element with a full earth screen adding only 2 mm to the floor's height. With a double Tefzel coating for added safety, it operates at 230V and depending on the floor covering, can deliver up to 200 Watt per m2; enough to satisfy the coldest of Australian winters. There are over 30 different element profiles with outputs ranging from 150 Watt to 1500 Watt, which may be combined to suit any room size or shape. Speedheat floor heating is ideal for all domestic and commercial applications from glass sided conservatories to large office spaces and everything in between. Speedheat floor heating technical specifications:Element: Self-regulating, multi-stranded element with full earth screen and a double Tefzel coating.Models: In excess of 30 different sizes of heating elements varying from 150 Watt to 1500 Watt output, which may be combined to suit any room size. Power density: From 130 Watt per m2 to 200 Watt per m2 depending on the final floor covering. Voltage: 230V AC Control: Room or floor sensing, or a combination of both. Thermostat: Manual type thermostat or 7-day fully programmable thermostat which allows comfortable temperatures when at home and energy saving when out. Some of the features of the programmable thermostat allow for daily or weekly operation plus special settings for weekends, temporary boost and a holiday setting. Safety: Manufactured in compliance with IEC (International Electrical Committee) safety specifications. Heating elements must be connected to an earthed power supply and connected through an earth leakage circuit breaker (RCD). Quality: The product is manufactured by Klimax Mfg Ltd under DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 standards (EC-Declaration of conformity for tile heaters and carpet heaters).
