Terms and Conditions for Speedheat Rebate System

  1. Eligibility:
    • Customers who purchase underfloor heating products or services from Speedheat are eligible for the rebate system.
    • Rebates are applicable based on the total amount spent by the customer within a single calendar month.
  2. Rebate Amount:
    • If a customer spends more than $3,000 in a calendar month, they will receive a 5% rebate in the form of a credit note.
    • If a customer spends more than $10,000 in a calendar month, they will receive a 10% rebate in the form of a credit note.
    • For project values exceeding $25,000, customers are required to contact our sales team to discuss further details.
  3. Credit Note:
    The rebate will be issued as a credit note, which can be utilized towards the customer’s next project with Speedheat.
  4. Expiration:
    The credit note expires 12 months from the date of issuance.
  5. Deposit Requirement:
    A deposit must be paid by the customer by the end of the 12-month period following the issuance of the credit note.
  6. Usage Restrictions:
    The credit note is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
    The credit note can only be used towards future purchases of underfloor heating products or services provided by Speedheat.
  7. Limitations:
    The rebate system is subject to change or termination at the discretion of Speedheat.
    Speedheat reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the rebate system without prior notice.
  8. Fraud Prevention:
    Speedheat reserves the right to verify customer purchases and may revoke or refuse to issue a rebate if fraudulent activity is suspected.
  9. Disputes:
    • Any disputes regarding the rebate system will be resolved at the discretion of Speedheat.
  10. Code Issuance and Redemption:
    • Upon qualifying for a rebate, customers will receive a unique code corresponding to their credit note.
    • It is the customer’s responsibility to inform our team about the credit and provide the assigned code during the redemption process.
    • Failure to provide the code may result in delays or difficulties in processing the credit note.
